Rule 1: Become genuinely interested in other people.

  

you don't take a moment and think about what genuine interest means. It's genuine interest, that's real interest in the person or subject matter the person is discussing. There is a set of things you are really interested in that is very tied into your feelings. This is not something you can change in few minutes, or even over the period of months or years. you just can't have genuine interest when you're not interested.  

Rule 2: Smile

The smile on my face doesn't mean my life is perfect.it mean i appreciate what i have and what god has blessed me with.Make someone smile whenever you can, you never know how much a difference you could be making  in their life at that moment.Smile is best way to face your problems, to crush every fear,to hide every pain.

Rule 3: Remember Names

Before going to a meeting or a party or anywhere you going to meet people, remind yourself your commitment and recommit yourself. " i will make my best to remember the names of the people i meet.listen to the person's name if you miss it or find a few seconds  later that you've already forgotten it, " i'm sorry i miss your name, can you give it to me again?. repetition helps engrave the name in your memory: Use the name immediately, repeat it silently to yourself, comment on the name , if possible, use it occasionally in the conversation without overdoing it, use  it when leaving, write it down afterwards.


Rule 4: Be a good listener. Encourage others to talk about themselves.

Good listening comes down to doing three things:1.not talking when others are speaking. 2. letting others know you're listening though facial expressions and verbal sounds.3 being able to repeat what others have said.encouraging listeners to remain quiet not and "mm-hmm" encouragingly, and then repeat back to the talker something like, "So, let me make sure i understand. What you're saying is ..." However, recent research that we conducted suggest that these behaviors fall far short of describing good listening skills.










Rule 5; Talk in terms of the other man's interest.

To be successful in a relationship, a person will need to learn to talk in terms of the other person's interests. This rule holds true in many instances from social situations where are meeting someone for the very first time.we cannot achieve this if we have no idea what the other person truly values, cares about or is really interested in.Let the other person do most of the talking by asking questions and them listening to them actively and connecting with them at the level of what they value. you should have a genuine interest  in the other person. Then, and only then, can you sincerely talk in terms of the others person's interest.












Rule 6: Make the other person feel important-- and do it sincerely.

There's a big difference between appreciating people and making feel significant. Of course, you want to appreciate others. But even more than that, you need to make those important people in your life feel that they matter. Write the names of the people special in your life, and write something most important to them. Accept people the way they are, pay attention to others.

David Ortiz nickname "Big Papi", is a Dominican American professional baseball player who plays for the Boston Red Sox of Mayor League Baseball. Ortiz is Designated Hitter (DH) who occasionally play first base. He previously played for the Minnesota Twins from 1997-2002. David Ortiz is one of my favorite Baseball players because he always is humble with all the people, not like other players are cookie, he play for their fans, he helped their fans. Also is my favorite player because i like how he every game hit a Home run. This year in his 40th Birthday he announced on the website that he will retire following the 2016 season, that make me sad because he is one of the best player i seen in the MLB.

1. make no small plans

I think that  what make great people is that they follow their dreams and that is what makes us keep going because is something that we have in our mind that we want to make reality. and you make plans that you want to achieve and a relation between these two things is that no matter how big is your dream you can do it that is the way you need to do your plans no matter what is or how big is. you always need to think in achieve more and more that is something that will bring you greatness.

2. Do what they fear

Everyone is afraid about something and that is completely normal, but you should have in mind that you cannot always be like you have a fear for do something a big value is that you face all of those things that you are afraid for. nothing in life should win you over the courage you have to achieve all your dreams. you shouldn't think that things you do not know will be horrible, nobody know what will happen and you must to have on mind that what you will find is the success.

3. Are willing to prepare

Third of the six attitudes of high achieves is willing to prepare. It important to prepare because it shows that you have the dedication to do what needed to succeed. If you are willing to prepare you will always be ahead meaning you won't ever fall behind or seemed lost because you took the time and effort to prepare yourself for the future. This is very important characteristic to have without out this you wouldn't be a high achiever because you would show that you didn't care and you were content with how you are.

4. Are willing to risk failure

The fourth of the six attitude of high Achieves is willing to risk failure. It is important to be willing to risk failure because high achieves do what it takes to be successful. For example you are willing to risk failure it shows that you aren't scared to take the step needed to succeed and it also shows that you are not scared of failing.this is important attitude to have because it shows you embrace a challenge and aren't shows that you scared to have a risk.

5. Are Teachable

the fifth of the six attitude of high achieves- Are Teachable. It important because if we're going to make mistakes anyway, we as well might learn from them. Also it impotant because shows that you are willing to learn and that you want to be better.

6. Have heart 

The six and the last one of the six attitude of high achieves is have heart.Is important to have heart because if you have courage to fallow you heart and intuition, they somehow already know what you truly want to become , everything else is secondary.

Final Reflection
I think with this six attitude of high achieves you can be a better person, and succeed in life all is going to be easy for you  but you need to practice the six attitude of high achieves.

To be grateful is not that hard to do. It could be simple as caring for someone when they are sick or giving some help in any sort of way. If not can be grateful take charge and be that grateful person. Its a gift to find someone thats grateful and always there for you. Be Smart: This one is really important to me and others because you really have to be smart to order to make it in life so what i believe is that i and others can use a lot of are brain they say we just use 10% of are brain and that's true but what i believe is that we can use more cause we are really smart.

I was riding a train in the Midwest years ago. I looked out the window to my left. A road ran parallel to the tracks. A car with a boy and a girl was speeding down the road a little faster than the train. We looked out the window on the other side. There was mangled car. Police cars soon converged, followed by the ambulance. The boy and girl were both dead. The road the were traveling crossed the tracks. They did no stop,look, listen. it all happened in an instant.
