Key 1: Clarity
"Have vision. Determine what you want to be, do or have in life. Have a sense of direction and know where you’re going. If you do not have clear specific goals in life, you are doomed forever to work for others who do."
Many people assume that clarity is something that will arrive in good time if they simply wait patiently. Others feel stunted that they aren’t gifted with the same degree of clarity as others. The common pattern is that clarity is seen as something that is bestowed from the outside in, that it’s something God, the universe, or the world at large has the power to grant you or that it’s an accident in some way. Some people get lucky; others don’t.These attitudes are pointless and self-defeating.Clarity isn’t something that arrives from outside of you. Clarity isn’t a matter of luck either. Clarity is what you create for yourself.Clarity is a decision.Whatever degree of clarity you’re experiencing right now is what you’ve decided to create. Not deciding still counts as a decision; in that case it’s the decision to remain uncertain.Key 2: Competence
"If you commit to excellence, opportunities will always come your way. The harder you work, the better you get."
A competency is more than just knowledge and skills. It involves the ability to meet complex demands, by drawing on and mobilizing psycho
social resources (including skills and attitudes) in a particular context. For example, the ability to communicate effectively is a competency that
may draw on an individual’s knowledge of language, practical IT skills and attitudes towards those with whom he or she is communicating.
Individuals need a wide range of competencies in order to face the complex challenges of today’s world, but it would be of limited practical value to produce very long lists of everything that they may need to be able to do in various contexts at some point in their lives.
Key 3: Concentration
"Make the best use of your time. Ask yourself "Is this the best use of my time?"before you start anything."
Concentration is the ability to stay focused on your work without letting people, feelings, thoughts or activities get in the way. People during or after treatment may notice changes in their ability to concentrate. There are three helpful steps that may improve and develop your concentration abilities. Try to recognize internal distractions and take care of them, Internal distractions such as thoughts, emotions, physical feelings, hunger and tiredness can interrupt your ability to focus. Do something about the things that are bothering you before you start the task at hand. For instance, if you know that you are hungry, eat before you start a task.
Key 4: Common Sense
you develop common sense by continually comparing the results of your actions to what you expected to achieve.Common Sense is often defined as an ability to recognize patterns in new situations that are similar to experiences that you have had in the past. As you acquire more knowledge and experiences in particular field, you memorize more patterns.you will be able to detect a familiar pattern in a new situation and take immediate action. you will be able to connect the dots faster.
Key 5: Creativity
The created item may be intangible such as a idea, scientific theory, a musical composition or a joke, or a physical object such as an invention, a literary work or a painting. The trick to creativity, if there is a
single useful thing to say about it, is to identify your own peculiar
talent and then to settle down to work with it for a good long time.
Everyone has an aptitude for something. The trick is to recognize it, to
honor it, to work with it. This is where creativity starts.
Key 6: Consideration
"The quality of your relationships with other people will determine your success in life.""Develop the people skills you need to become a better communicator. Take courses in listening, speaking, etc.""If you were to learn one new word a day, within 5 years, you’ll be the best educated person in history."
Key 7: Consistency
"Dependable, steady predictable work is always superior to fast spurts of work."
"Be consistent in your relationships, your family, friends, your boss, your work. Be the person that people can depend upon. That if you say you’ll do something you do it.."
The concept consistency means the accounting methods once adopted must be applied consistently in future.Also same methods and techniques must be used for similar situations. It implies that a business must refrain from changing its accounting policy unless on reasonable grounds. If for any valid reasons the accounting policy is changed, a business must disclose the nature of change, the reasons for the change and its effects on the items of financial statements.Consistency concept is important because of the need for comparability, that is, it enables investors and other users or financial statements to easily and correctly compare the financial statements of a company.
Key 8: Commitment
"No success is possible without commitment. The ability to commit yourself whole heartily is the basis of achieving all success." "Become totally absorbed in your work. Be totally committed."
These offerings of relationship commitments are typically statements about behavior or proposed outcomes. For example, “I’m committed to you” suggests that I may not be seeking another relationship or that I’m going to be monogamous. The institution of marriage is most identified with the pledge of commitment. It is an undertaking of legal vows to substantiate our pledge to fidelity, if not continued love. The difficulty is that we’re making promises about behaviors and outcomes, but ignoring the process necessary to achieve that goal. Imagine a student offering a commitment to attaining straight A’s but not devoting themselves to their studies. The commitment simply becomes lip service without the earnest devotion toward achieving the end.
Key 9: Courage
"The fear of failure is the single greatest reason for failure in life."
Courage comes in many shapes, sizes and forms. While racing into a burning
building to save lives and helping out a person who is being robbed are
certainly courageous and admirable acts, even smaller occurrences can
count as acts of courage.
For example, confronting a bully or asking out a secret crush out on a date both require certain levels of bravery. Therefore, acts full of courage can happen on the grand scale, but also on the smaller, day to day life level.

Key 10: Confidence
"You only get confidence by doing things over and over again ."
confidence can be described as a belief in one's ability to succeed. Striking a healthy balance can be challenging. Too much of it and you can come off as cocky and stumble into unforeseen obstacles.Self-confident people are admired by others and inspire confidence in others. They face their fears head-on and tend to be risk takers. They know that no matter what obstacles come their way, they have the ability to past them. Self-confident people tend to see their lives in a positive light even when things aren't going so well, and they are typically satisfied with and respect themselves.
REFLECTION
The ten key to personal power can benefit you in life, and make you a better person and success in life. i am applying competence every Sunday i go play baseball i compete to win every game, i compete by spiking other language that is hard to me, also i apply confidence belief in myself that i can do the things.
